The ALSTOM 730475-D ELEMENTS-F2 is a 32-bit microprocessor-based controller designed to control a single extraction, extraction/intake or intake steam turbine. The ALSTOM 730475-D ELEMENTS-F2 can be programmed in the field This allows a single design to be used in many different control applications and reduces throughput and delivery times.
It uses menu driven software to guide field engineers to program the control to a specific generator or mechanical motion application.
The ALSTOM 730475-D ELEMENTS-F2 is a field-configurable turbine control and operator control panel (OCP) integrated into a single package. The ALSTOM 730475-D ELEMENTS-F2 has an integrated operator control panel on the front panel, consisting of a two-line (24 characters each) display and a set of 30 keys.
The OCP is used to configure the ALSTOM 730475-D ELEMENTS-F2, make in-line program adjustments, and operate the turbine/system. With OCP’s two-wire display, the operator can view the actual value and the set value from the same display
Screen turbine control parameters ALSTOM 730475-D ELEMENTS-F2 interfaces with two control valves (HP and LP) to control two parameters and limit additional parameters if required.
ALSTOM 730475-D ELEMENTS-F2 can be used to control or limit: Turbine inlet pressure or flow, exhaust (back pressure) pressure or flow, primary pressure, generator power output, plant inlet and/or outlet level, compressor inlet or discharge pressure or flow, plant/plant frequency, process temperature, or any other turbine related process parameter.
