Bently 3500/42M preprocessor/seismic monitor provides the 3500 system with four programmable channels that accept input from the preprocessor and seismic sensors. The 3500/42M then adjusts the signal to provide various vibration and position measurements, and compares the adjusted signal with a user-programmable alarm.
The vibration monitor accepts four vibration channels. Each channel pair can apply its own tracking filter based on up to four different key phase inputs from the 3500 rack. The monitor processes signals from the Velomitor† and accelerometer, filters the measurements, allows the signal to integrate, and generates 1X vibration tracking and bandpass vibration,
which is useful for gas turbine applications. Vibration Monitor meets the gas turbine manufacturing requirements of Baker Hughes, Rolls Royce, United Technologies and other Oems.
3500/42M preprocessor seismic monitor: l Protect the machine by constant comparison to drive alarm set points according to configured alarm monitoring parameters.
l Communicate important machine information to both operators and maintenance personnel. The 3500/42M preprocessor seismic monitor is a four-channel monitor sensor that accepts proximity and seismic inputs. It adjusts signals to provide vibration and position measurements and compares conditions with signals with user programmable alarms.
You can use the configuration software of 3500 racks to program monitoring and reporting for each channel: – Radial vibration -REBAM- Thrust position – acceleration – differential expansion – shaft complete – Eccentricity – Circular acceptance area – Speed monitor channels are programmed in pairs and can be performed at once.
