The S21260-SRS servo drive may fail to upgrade the CPU firmware using the WinLoader utility when multiple IO modules are located in the host rack, the rack system needs to be restarted. If the upgrade fails, move the CPU to a rack without the I/O module, and restart the upgrade process Winloader the initial connection baud rate is set to 19200 baud.
