The GE WES5123-1200 Gas turbine electrical card reflects the current IO enabled/disabled status for the remote/expansion rack with firmware version 6.70 or later (even when there is no output module in the expansion rack).
The RUN indicator for remote/expansion racks with input modules only applies to all versions prior to version 6.70: when the remote or expansion baseboard is used with the RX3i The RUN LED on the baseboard’s Series 90-30 power supply only when the rack contains at least one output module.
If the rack contains only input modules, the RUN LED is not on. This is due to the way the input module is managed in the PACSystems design and does not represent an error.
