The HIMA X-FAN1003 60 PU provides accurate and repeatable flow rates for many difficult-to-handle fluids, including viscous fluids and aliphatic hydrocarbons, with linear flow rates up to 60 l/h and pressures up to 5 bar.
HIMA X-FAN1003 leverages WMFTS ‘decades of engineering expertise and research and development experience, and the Qdos 60 PU is optimized for low-shear, gentle pumping to protect polymer chains and maintain product integrity. Like the Qdos 20 PU, it uses aliphatic resistant pipe materials to enhance chemical compatibility in peristaltic pumps.
In HIMA X-FAN1003 metering applications, peristaltic pumps offer significant advantages over diaphragm pumps, including greater accuracy and reliability. Diaphragms, valves or seals at risk of clogging are not required.
The highly innovative design of the HIMA X-FAN1003 pump means that the only part of the pump that needs to be replaced is the patented ReNu pump head. ReNu pump heads provide repeatable, precise flow rates for longer use in harsh field applications.
