The GE FanucIC695CPU315 CPU is an RX3i PacSystems 1.0 GHZ Celeron M CPU with 20 MB of user memory. Accessories that can be ordered with the CPU include the IC695ACC302 intelligent auxiliary battery, the IC693ACC302 ordinary auxiliary battery and the IC690RBT001 rechargeable battery.
Only GEIP-approved auxiliary battery packs can be used for CPU modules. In addition to the battery-powered RAM, the module also includes 20 MB of NVRAM. The IC695CPU315 CPU reserves 32 kilobits of memory for discrete I/0 and 32 kilobytes of memory for analog I/0, supporting an additional 512 blocks of 128 KB each. The CPU module supports high-speed serial and RX3i PCU bus. The IC695CPU315 CPU complies with version 2.2 of the PCI standard.
