The REF 541 feeder terminal is designed for protection, control, measurement and supervision in medium voltage networks

Feeder protection device is a kind of protection device for feeder circuit in power system. It has control function, measurement function, protection function, communication function and so on. It can monitor and control the power equipment according to the set parameters, and when there is a failure, it can quickly cut off the fault circuit and protect the power equipment from damage. At the same time, the feeder protection device also has the measurement function, can measure the voltage, current, power and other parameters of the power equipment, and can transmit the data and information through the communication interface to the supreme machine (monitoring, scheduling computer), so as to facilitate the staff to monitor and schedule.

The protection functions also support different types of networks, such as, isolated neutral networks, resonant-earthed networks and partially earthed networks.
