Processor 25 MHz 32-bit MC68040 or MC68LC040 microprocessor DRAM 1 or 4MB shared DRAM with parity protection on the sandwich module; 4, 8, 16, or 32MB shared DRAM with ECC protection on a sandwich board please note the following known issues and their solutions: When the RESET button on the 03ZSTI2-00-501-RS series board is held down for more than a minimum length of time, parity DRAM refresh may be disabled and memory contents may be lost.

This length of time may vary from board to board, as well as depending on environmental conditions! Warning: If you intend to check the memory after the reset, release the reset button as soon as possible after pressing the reset button to ensure that the parity DRAM content has not been changed. Note: On 200/300 series boards, ECCprotected DRAM is protected by parity check.
